I am trying to install Ubuntu 11 with Wubi and the progress meter is missing. I cannot see if it's 30% done installed or 60% or whatever. It's annoying.

You could check http://cnr.com/ but I am not sure if it works on newer ubuntu distros though.

Never mind..Solved. I forgot to click always show pidgin(system tray) in the perferences.:lolflag:

What panel do I put up in order for ubuntu to keep pidgin running when I close it?

I used the old version of ubuntu(8.10)and installed wubi by using its iso and then I upgraded ubuntu 8.10 to ubuntu 9.04.

Everything seems to be fine now. :P

I can't get it to work either..

Even file at http://wubi-installer.org/ doesn't work.

It says cancel, retry, continue.
