OK, I find the alternatives/*flashplugin doesn't exist.
perhaps this is easier to read.

I had the same symptom. I have the thing fixed now. Went to System -> Admin -> hardware drivers. Found the "Alternate Athros madwifi" driver in the list and that it was disabled. The text indicated...
